We rent our collection of 25 farm tables, 50 benches, 5 sweetheart tables, and 50 folding chairs throughout Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, and King County. Our inventory can provide seating for 200+ guests at gatherings such as weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, corporate events, and more.

 

Farm Tables

Rustic, dark-stained 8’ long tables. For a true farm-style look, we recommend pairing with two benches to seat 8 guests. Depending on your desired table configuration, you may also add one chair to each end of the table to seat 10 guests.

Sweetheart Tables

NEW for 2024! A shorter version of our standard farm tables, these tables make for the perfect sweetheart table, dessert table, or gift table. Identical in color/stain, design, height, and width to our standard farm tables, just 2 feet shorter in length (6ft vs. 8ft).

Benches

The perfect match to our rustic farm-style tables. When paired with our tables for dining, each bench seats 4 guests. When used free-standing (e.g., ceremony seating), each bench seats up to 5 guests.

Wooden Folding Chairs

Antique black wooden folding chairs with soft, black vinyl padded seats. Great for ceremony seating or dining! In addition to our farm-style benches, we suggest providing sturdy seats with backs, such as these chairs, for guests who may require more support.

Rental Details

DELIVERY - We provide delivery and pick up services for all rental orders. We do not have a will call option. Delivery within 20 miles of The Farm on Van Wyck is free! For deliveries outside of our 20 mile radius, additional fees will occur based on total driving distance. We deliver to cities along the I-5 corridor from the Canadian border to Seattle. Items will be delivered and picked up from one central area within 50 feet of the delivery vehicle.

MINIMUMS - For orders within a 20 mile radius, we have a minimum order requirement of $600. For orders further than 20 miles from The Farm on Van Wyck, we have an $1,000 minimum (not including delivery fees).

FURNITURE ASSEMBLY - All furniture will be assembled during delivery (if applicable). We ask that you please do not disassemble any furniture during your rental period - we will break down any necessary items when we retrieve them.

FURNITURE PLACEMENT - We are happy to place furniture in desired layouts, as long as someone is there to guide us and the location of placement is within reason. We do not move items more than once. If you are not sure how you would like your furniture set up, we will leave all items (fully assembled) in a central location and you may move them at your leisure. Furniture layout consultations are available prior to your event date for an additional fee.

DAMAGES - Our farm tables and benches are all handmade. We ask that you treat them with care and respect the many hours we put in to create them and be able to share them with you! Clients will be charged for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Damage fees can be avoided by lifting tables versus dragging them, wiping up spills immediately after they occur, not standing or dancing on furniture, not burning open candles on the tables, not smoking on or near the furniture, keeping hot items off tabletops, etc.
