Do you deliver and pick up the furniture?

Yes, we provide delivery and pick up services for all of our furniture rental orders. We do not allow clients to come pick up furniture.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery fees are based on the total driving distance from our business location as well as the number of delivery vehicles required to transport your order. Delivery within 20 miles of The Farm on Van Wyck is free! For deliveries outside of our 20 mile radius, you can expect additional fees between $50-800 depending on driving distance and order size.

Is set up and placement of furniture included in my rental order?

Yes! We are happy to place your furniture in your desired location and layout. We just ask that someone is there to guide us OR that you provide us with a detailed map of your desired configuration. Note that our delivery vehicle (standard truck towing a 16 foot cargo trailer) must be able to park within 50 feet of your set up location. If access within 50 feet is not possible, we will deliver and assemble the furniture in a convenient location and you and a group of your strong and helpful friends can move them at your leisure.

What is your minimum order requirement?

For local orders (within 20 miles), we have a minimum order requirement of $600. For orders further than 20 miles from our business, we have a minimum order requirement of $1,000, not including delivery fees.

When will you deliver and pick up my rental order?

We are flexible and strive to accommodate delivery and pick up times that work best for you and your venue! We understand that some formal venues have strict access windows while other events are hosted at family properties with super flexible access - we are happy to accommodate same-day delivery/pick up for those strict venues or deliver 1-2 days prior and pick up 1-2 days after for events that have a bit more flexibility. We schedule exact delivery and pick up times one month prior to your event date.

I’m ready to book! How do I lock in my order?

Start by reaching out to us via our Contact Form. Be sure to include the date and location of your event and the number of each item you’d like to rent! We will get back to you with our availability and a quote for your request. If all looks good, we will draw up a contract for you to digitally sign and request an initial deposit of 25% of the order total. Once the contract is signed and deposit is paid, the furniture is officially yours for your event date!

I’m feeling lost when it comes to the furniture layout for my event… Can you help?

Yes! We offer furniture layout consultations for anyone who is needing a little extra help in the design department. Seating a large number of guests can be tricky, but luckily we’ve had a lot of experience doing so and have a few tricks up our sleeves :) We provide on-site consultations for local clients and virtual consultations for non-local clients - please contact us for pricing and availability!
